THE View co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin is out of office for the summer.
The TV personality revealed she escaped to the countryside for a break in an Instagram post, days after The View's season finale was aired.
In the photo, Alyssa, 35, can be seen on a deck chair with her Havanese puppy Herbie perched on her lap.
Her holiday outfit comprised a blue tank top, a pair of shorts, and large sunglasses, with simple gold studs and Alyssa's wedding ring for accessories.
New York-based Alyssa appeared to be enjoying her break from The View at a gorgeous, rustic property, complete with slanted ceilings and wooden floors.
She captioned her photo: "Summer weekends in the country are good for the soul."

Her latest post comes after Alyssa's co-host Sunny Hostin announced that the popular daytime TV show will undergo a major change when it returns from hiatus.
During the season 27 finale on August 2, Sunny confirmed, "This is the final episode of the season.
"And after 10 years and 2,143 episodes, this is also the last show that we will do from this studio.
"We're sad to say goodbye, but we are thrilled to be moving to a brand-new studio downtown, state-of-the-art," Sunny continued. "And we will see you there in September for Season 28 of The View,"

The View’s schedule change keeps show off air as fans ‘miss’ hosts and ask ‘what’re we going to do every day?’
It is not immediately clear where new episodes of The View will be filmed, following Sunny's announcement.
The View's fate currently hangs in the balance, with a TV insider telling The U.S. Sun it is likely to be decided before the end of the year.
Along with Alyssa and Sunny, 55, The View is hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, 68, Joy Behar, 81, Sara Haines, 46, and Ana Navarro, 52.
Speaking to The U.S. Sun, an ABC network source suggested that while The View faces an uphill battle as its audience grows older, it's unlikely the show will be axed before the November elections.
The View hosts
The View is an American talk show airing on ABC from 11am-12pm EST, Monday through Friday. It features a diverse group of women that discuss the day's "Hot Topics", ranging from hard-hitting news to celebrity gossip. The six co-hosts include:
- Whoopi Goldberg
- Joy Behar
- Sunny Hostin
- Sara Haines
- Ana Navarro
- Alyssa Farah Griffin
"Thelarger issue is that whiletheshow continues to be profitable for ABC and its affiliated TV stations, theaudiences are declining every year and they're getting older every year,” the veteran TV insider said.
“That's not a reversible trend and it's why there's a ticking clock on this franchise.
"With a female inthepresidential race, TheView can be an important place to discusstheelection and even to hear from politicians themselves ahead of November's vote.
“Thenext four months are everything as far as maximizing interest intheshow andtheteam they have in place right now.
“They need big guests and they need to make news and if they can manage that, everybody will still have their jobs in 2025."
The source added that the death of The View’s original creator and hostBarbara Waltersin December 2022 might mean the show is less likely to survive.
“Thefact thatBarbara Walters has long since passed makes endingtheshow outright a lot easier,” they said.
“Thedecision-makers atthenetwork and at ABC news were afraid to mess withtheshow too much while Barbara was alive but now, all bets are off.
“Theshow is profitable, but it's trending downward and everybody involved knows it.
